Re: Team for West Brom
Moyes has no excuses with his lineup at all.

He had a chance to blood a youngster or two and not make us any weaker against a young virtually reserve West Brom team.

But no he plays a knackered Zabaletta and an unconscious Sancez.
Noble has now played an extra 45 minutes..

If he doesn't think Liverpool will have a field day against us then what is he doing in management.
We have a more mportant game against Brighton coming up but a hiding against the Scouse will do us no good.

And they went out on the lash a lot more Mex, the cunts even get injured in the warm up nowadays!

Re: Team for West Brom
It’s true New Jersey, never seemed an issue in those days. We were the same, I don’t remember the team selection changing much between games. Are they a bunch of poofs today or is on a different level of physical fitness and performance.

Re: Team for West Brom
Fuck me the great Liverpool teams of the late 70's early 80's had a squad of about 15, never rotated, had a serious go at all the cups, there were endless replays, the league was forty two games and the pitches were like mud heaps! This fucking resting players is all part of how shit the modern game has become.

Re: Team for West Brom
Thing is I think Noble and Zabaleta cannot do 3 games in a week and to try it will just get an injury and then they will be out for a month or two. I was saying to rest them as they are old and fucked not because this game is less important.

I care, fuck off with the resting players bollocks. I see how that benefited us in previous seasons

Re: Team for West Brom
Yes, good opportunity to get Reid back in action. Would also like to see Rosa and give Zaba a rest. Antonio on the bench and only bring him on if we need to, which we probably will.

Re: Team for West Brom
I think quite a few of us care if we get knocked out today, maybe it's a generational thing. Resting players to keep the score down next week, just doesn't sit right with me. The premier league has fucked the game up and the sooner the top teams fuck off to a European league the better!

Sounds good Twoleftfeet we desperately need new blood at right back, has to be Rosa. Don’t it Mr Moyes?

Re: Team for West Brom
Youre pissing in the wind if you think we have any chance of winning the cup this year

Better rest players, if we get through great if we get knocked out who cares would have more of a chance of winning it if we stay up

Bernie Holland and Coventry should be starting today but the fucking idiots in charge sent them on loan

I'll happily take relegation and the FA Cup now thanks.

Happily

Re: Team for West Brom
This is why I fucking detest the premier league, some fans would rather we just avoid relegation every year, get stuffed by the top 6, rather than have a real go in the FA cup. Pardew rested players for league games and we were seconds away from winning against Liverpool, so it is possible to win the FA cup.

Re: Team for West Brom
Giving zero fucks about the best cup competition going, seems to have seeped into the mindset of a lot of fans in recent years.

Still, as long as we stay in the PL I guess, to fight another relegation battle next year.

Re: Team for West Brom
yes, let's just concede the game before kick off. that game in five days time that we have zero chance of winning is far important

A pointless cup tie

Cheers, Moysie son

Re: Team for West Brom
Antonio cant play, if he gets injured in a pointless cup tie we will be fucked for league games. We have no chance of winning the FA Cup, none, so why potentially crock important players, note I did not say our best because we haven't got any of those under Moyes, like Rice, Antonio, Ogbonna or, umm Haller and umm well that's it really isnt it.

Re: Team for West Brom
Good chance for Moyes to blood a couple of the high flying U23's today rather than ageing slow sub first teasers.

We may well need these U23's this season the way injuries and the window is going

Re: Team for West Brom
Rosa played right back against Man Utd U23s but I would love to see him in the engine room today, he can't be any worse than Sanchez?

Be interesting to see what side WBA put out.
